For the 2025–2026 school year, we’ve set specific focus areas within each of our main goals and objectives.
Each year, new focus areas will be established to keep our Strategic Plan moving forward.
Engaging Partnerships
Promote transparent communication to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged and accountable.
Ensure and grow engagement activities that are inclusive of all stakeholder groups.
High Quality Staff
Determine staff satisfaction and opportunities for improvement from newly hired staff feedback for onboarding effectiveness and challenges.
Track and analyze recruitment and retention data including job fair challenges/success, exit interviews, etc. to identify areas for improvement.
Operational Excellence
Develop and utilize a master facility plan
to align infrastructure investments with district priorities.
Expand technology efficiencies
to enhance instruction, communication and operations.
Maintain fiscal responsibility to taxpayers while ensuring resources are allocated strategically and equitably across the district.
Student Achievement and Innovation
Launch a progressive multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) which provides differentiated instruction, additional support, and enrichment for all learners.
Strengthen instructional alignment in
ELA and mathematics through common language, assessment strategies,
and data-driven practices
Whole Child Development and Well Being
Integrate social-emotional learning and
a holistic approach to student success fostering a culture of dignity,
belonging, and kindness.
Apply proactive student, family, and community engagement strategies to reduce chronic absenteeism.
