Kate Sertar, the new owner of Honeybee Café (formerly It’s All Good), recently visited West Elementary, where the Youth Leadership Team welcomed her with handmade cards, a student-created mural to be displayed in the café, and creative ideas for future community events. Sertar enthusiastically embraced the students’ vision, strengthening the growing partnership between West Elementary and the local community.
