West Third-grader Shares Coding With Skill Struck
A third-grader from West loves building puzzles and learning about computer science and programming in his tech class with Skill Struck, our district coding program. At the CTE Fair last week, he shared his largest puzzle with Skill Struck representative Annie Giang, who hosted a table for middle school students to learn about programming. Annie talked with the West student about his puzzle and told him she was going to show his puzzle to the programmer who made that part of the Skill Struck program. He was so happy. The student also told Annie he wanted to be a computer programmer when he was older.
