Rehearsal Tuesday, May 26, 2026
Transportation provided

ZCMS  8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. (anticipated)

SPMS  12:15 p.m.-2:15 p.m. (anticipated)

Bus transportation will be provided to students to and from ZBTHS Performing Arts Center for promotion rehearsal.

Cap, gown, and diploma covers can be purchased through our online payment portal at zion6.revtrak.net.

Orders can be placed through May 22, 2026.

Students have already been measured for appropriate gown size.

8th Grade Promotion Ceremony May 27, 2026

Spectator Information

• Personal bags are prohibited upon entry.
  • No purses, belt bags, tote bags, etc
  • Exceptions: Medical bag, diaper bag will be allowed
• No balloons, food, or drink are allowed inside the Performing Arts Center.
• Tickets will be required for entry.
• All attendees will be required to pass through a metal detector before entering. 
• Seats are first come, first serve.
• Doors will close promptly at the beginning of the ceremony. Ushers will seat guests who arrive after the ceremony has begun. 

Student Information

• No balloons, food, or drink are allowed inside the Performing Arts Center.
• Students are not allowed to bring purses or bags. Please leave all personal items with family members.
• Gowns must remain zipped throughout the ceremony.
• Promotion caps must remain on the head throughout the ceremony.
• Following the ceremony, students will receive their diplomas.

Promotion Map

Promotion tickets will be sent home by May 22, 2026.  An allotted quantity of guest tickets will be provided to each student.

Shiloh Park Ticket Allotment (5) tickets per family
Zion Central Ticket Allotment (4) tickets per family

Ticket allocations are determined based on the size of the 8th grade class and the seating capacity of the event venue.

E.D. Clarke Photography will be offering a variety of promotion picture options.

Promotion Portraits January 29, 2026
Promotion Portrait Retakes February 17, 2026

Promotion portraits will be taken within the school day. A promotion gown will be provided for student promotion portraits.  Promotion caps will not be used in these portraits. Please ensure your student is prepared for their professional photograph.

• Each child will take a variety of different poses both with and without a promotion gown.
• All pictures will be 3/4 body shots or less.
• Students should wear suitable dress attire. 
• Do not send money on picture day.
   

How To Order:

Approximately 2 weeks after picture day, a proof envelope will be sent back to the school with proofs and pricing information. 

• Review the proofs and price information, complete your order online or fill out the order form and return it to the school by the due date noted on the order form.
• Late orders are subject to a late fee and delayed delivery.
