ZBTHS Counselors will be visiting middle schools to meet with our students, discuss area(s) of interest, and talk through high school course options. 

Promotion Portraits February 5, 2024
Promotion Portrait Retakes April 8, 2024

Promotion portraits will be taken within the school day during PE class. A cap and gown will be provided for student promotion portraits.  Please ensure your student is prepared for their professional photograph.

• Each child will take four different poses. Two poses will be taken in student's clothes and two poses in graduation cap and gown.
• All pictures will be 3/4 body shots or less.
• Students should wear suitable dress attire and should NOT wear up-do hairstyles or hair accessories that will interfere with the wearing of the graduation cap. 
• Do not send money on picture day.

Promotion portraits will be provided by Interstate Studios for those who are interested in purchase.

• Approximately 3-4 days after picture day, families will receive an email proof, to the email address on file.
• Approximately 2 weeks after picture day, all students will also receive a physical proof to bring home for viewing along with an order form envelope.
• Families can choose to order online from the email or return the physical order form envelope to school by March 8, 2024. A variety of packages will be available.
• Anyone ordering after March 8, 2024 will need to pay shipping either to their home or to the school.

Cap, gown, and diploma covers can be purchased through our online payment portal at zion6.revtrak.net.

Students have already been measured for appropriate gown size.

Promotion tickets will be sent home in May.  An allotted quantity of guest tickets will be provided to each student.

Rehearsal May 21, 2024

Bus transportation will be provided to students to and from ZBTHS Performing Arts Center for promotion rehearsal.

8th Grade Promotion Ceremony May 22, 2024

Tickets will be required for entry.

All attendees will be required to pass through a metal detector before entering. 

No balloons, food, or drink are allowed inside the Performing Arts Center. Students will receive their official diploma following the ceremony.
