Passport Health Immunization Clinic will be available during the October 16th, Wednesday early-release.

- $15 per immunization unless covered by insurance

Ronald McDonald Care Mobile will be offering physicals and vaccination services.
The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile will be available to administer vaccines necessary for compliance with state regulations. This service aims to ensure the health and well-being of our students while providing convenient access to essential healthcare services right here in our community.
To take advantage of this opportunity, return the agreement and authorization forms to the Shiloh Middle School office by October 7th. Once submitted, a member from our ZESD 6 health team will contact the parent/guardian to schedule an appointment according to the order in which forms are received.
